A lot of people have spoken about the Nintendo Wii, it has been reviewed on just about every technology website. Some love it, say it will marks Nintendo's return, some feel that it lacks when compared to the 360 and the PS3. Wii introduced a new way of input, motion sensor remotes.
I came across this image during some reading, and after seeing it i think the Wii PWNS!!

I am standing at my bedroom window, looking at the sea, the vast possibilities. I look up, I see a few stars. Two cars zoom by. Distract my thoughts. I take a sip of my coffee and ponder over the various things I have planned for tonight and maybe for tomorrow. The list seemed endless; it definitely didn't include updating my LJ. I notice a red burning light in the hostel next door; someone smoking a cigarette. I wish I had a fireplace.

There are way too many shows out there. If its not a story about a bunch of couples (read desperate housewives)
then its something about people strandered in a wierd place , which maybe has some sort of magic (lost). Then to add to the
pot we have some anime and some prison related tv shows. There are shows on just about everything, cooking (iron chef) , medicine (scrubs / house) , etc etc
Throw into this mixture a whole lot of random movies about nothing major. and what you get is bored 19year old with a semi decent broadband connection.
The days when i dont know what is the next thing i will watch have arrived, i am keeping up with way too many tv shows, more than most men my age do.
I'm also reading a bit about php and other basic types of scripting. Man this is going to be a "long" summer, i can feel it!

Came home after IMS and headed to the kitchen, dad, nikhil and me cooked a great meal.
Mashed potatoes , chicken breasts , boiled veges, garlic bread,etc etc. It was fun,
probably the first time i cooked chicken. It isnt that simple, i ended up undercooking two pices, and then when i went to cook it again
i kinda overcooked them (indian tikka style). its something i need to improve at.

A long deserved update!
- Samoa Joe is killer! The man causes pain and its fun to see him dish out moves one after another.
- FSN (fate / stay night) is brilliant. It gets better with each episode.
- Prison Break producers, stupid people dont u dare make another season !! The show is good as it is, but another season is craziness.
- I have been selected to head the computers department at malhar, and have to do a great deal of research about databases etc etc.
- I missed khandala yet again, sigh.
- Z got into IIM Cal. for those who dont know, Z = shreyas.
- I've started playing Dod: day of defeat, a ww2 game. I havent played counter strike in ages, and actually have started to suck at it.
Dod is the shit, good graphics, amazing gameplay, blah blah - Was thinking of getting a steelpad / corepad / razer mantis, etc but dont think thats going to work out unless i get a credit card.
Shall add more in a couple of days.

Those few who read this page, must have noticed that I have been having a particularly bad time with technology.
Just thinking about the past year brings a couple of particular incidents to my mind. (Arranged in the order of their occurrence)
First, is that of my N6260, a very promising phone. All the features that would make it a very handy gadget, but a couple of flaws, namely the stupid speaker. God alone knows how many people missed their calls because of that particularly disastrous model from Nokia.
Second, I can’t help but think about my N6670. God alone knows what happened to my luck with technology.
Third, This spot is actually shared by two devices that I adore.
1.The iPod
Probably the first gadget that I absoluelty fell in love with. Something that made me feel technology could give me happiness. Its battery died. As of right now its lying in some corner of the apple service centre while I am talking with Apple Singapore.
2.The “RAZER” the bestest mouse I ever used. The poor thing had to die in like 6months. Fortunately, razer gave me a replacement. I thank them for their swift and efficient service.
Fourth, The 17in lcd that I have sat in front of for 1.5 years. Some geek at nvidia fucked up, and now my lcd is dead. The geniuses at nvidia came up with some new bullshit called direct access where the driver talks directly to your monitor. Any change is made strait away to your hardware. Guess what dope heads, you fucking flashed my monitor’s firmware when all I wanted was to enable AA. Fuck me because I try and keep my system up to date.
For those of feel a little lost
1.Nvidia = maybe the biggest maker of gfx card chips.
2.AA = anti-aliasing = technique of minimizing blocky / jagged patterns.
Now, to wait for this lcd mess to sort itself out.
Edit : I fogot to mention, yesterday my email account at gmail got locked down too. haha. Thats the shit im talking about.

I rolled up its wire, put a rubber band around it, wrapped it up in bubble paper. It was kinda disheartening. Something that worked soo hard,
had to give away all of a sudden.
My razer mouse, which has put up with me for 6 months at least is being sent for RMA (replacement/repair) tomorrow, its gonna catch a plane to SG.
Might get dumped into some corner in a graveyard of mice. Finding a cheap currier was troublesome enough.
After having packed the mouse, i was staring at my old companion, the standard HP "free" disco-optical mouse, ugly to look at, with its devoid of color buttons, tiny scroll wheel,
and i remmembered the nights i spent playing clan matches, and this mouse never let me down. I decided to take the mouse for a lil target practice. Got rid of the mouse pad, fired cs up,
logged onto 7* servers and holly motherfucker was it a fast ride. I have not played this well in quite some time. Nikhil was warning me to slow down, assuming that the server authorities
would think i'm cheating. Full auto headshots with an AK, super cool drag shots with the AWP... classified the hour of so of gaming that followed.
Cut to Dust 2... (i've reacquainted myself with the mouse, played 30mins of untitled),
start of as a terrorist, pick up ak as soon as possible... I'm gonna let the pictures talk from now on. .
